Meet Our Pediatricians

They love Prairieville and enjoy caring for the children and adolescents of the community. Most of all, they want Magnolia to feel like home from the moment their patients and families walk through the door.

SAMANTHA CLARK GULINO, M.D.

Received her Bachelor of Science degrees from Louisiana State University and her medical degrees from LSU School of Medicine. She completed her Pediatric Residency at the LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans. She is a Board-Certified Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Gulino grew up in Baton Rouge and has lived in Prairieville since 2003. She’s married and has two children.

ASHLI WEST, M.D.

Received her Bachelor of Science degrees from Louisiana State University and her medical degrees from LSU School of Medicine. She completed her Pediatric Residency at the LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans. She is a Board-Certified Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. West was born and raised in Gonzales. She now lives in Prairieville with her husband and their three children.

ANDI OCMOND, M.D.

Received her Bachelor of Science degrees from Louisiana State University and her medical degrees from LSU School of Medicine. She completed her Pediatric Residency at the LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans. She is a Board-Certified Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Ocmond grew up in Baton Rouge and now resides in Prairieville. She and her husband have three children.

ABBY ANDREWS, CPNP-PC

Was born in Donaldsonville, where she now resides with her husband. She went to school for her Bachelor of Nursing degree at Our Lady of the Lake College. She then received her Master of Science in Nursing degree at University of South Alabama. She is also a Certified Lactation Counselor through the Academy of Lactation Policy and Practice.
